  14. Hi Marios,

This one's probably impossible to find - I've been looking for this album for at least 10 years - but one never knows.

It's mentioned in Richie Unterberger's book on folk-rock. I'll paste his comments:

Jackie DeShannon, 1965 Metric Music Demo (1965, Metric Music Co.). Probably the most fiendishly rare item referred to in this discography, this album of publisher demos was only circulated within the music industry. A solitary acoustic guitar serving as accompaniment, it features strong, movingly sung, and from the sounds of things Bob Dylan-influenced, personal songs that approximate the approach frequently tapped by early folk-rock composers. Among them is a version of "Don't Doubt Yourself, Babe," which the Byrds covered on their first album.

    Thanks for everything!
    Michael

  15. REQUESTS UPDATE: Hi FRIENDS, I try the best I can with lots of your requests, some of them are out of the music style I'm working on, some of them are from later dates, and others are very difficult to find, but I'm willing to do the best.

  16. Dear finvarra,
you've been looking for J.DeShannon album for at least 10 years, perhaps 15 years?
You need to google 'Don't Doubt Yourself Babe - Acoustic Demos (1965)' and you'll find it in 5 seconds.
You are welcome, enjoy the music!

  17. Thanks, anonymous.
Yes, I know about that fan-made compilation. However, the "Metric Music Demos" that I've been looking for is at least 3-4 albums worth of material, not just the sampling that you referenced,
    Take care!

  23. REQUESTS UPDATE: Hi Friends, I've send many requests through email, but haven't any response, only few users answered, if someone used a fake e-mail address will never receive his file. One thing more, please let me know if you want flac format or is it ok with mp3, because most of your requests can be found on lossy format. Thank you.

  24. Hey Marios!

I've been trying to find this lossless for a long while... I checked-out all those "certain places" (wink, wink, nudge, nudge) with no luck.
it's ironic in that I actually have the CD, but it's in storage where I can't get to it... sigh.

  34. Hi Marios,

Request for the first 4 albums by Doug Orton

    - Richard Brautigan's Body
    - Sleepy Town
    - The Attic Tapes
    - Louise In Paris

I do have Satyrs of Sodom. Years ago I had these 4 LP's send to me by Doug Orton including sheets etc and letters. I bought them as mailorder after I heard Richard Brautigan's Body

It's psychedelic folk (mostly, except Satyrs of Sodom). I've never seen them anywhere shared. I would be forever grateful to find them here. Thx in advance.
